A New Year and A New Life

One of the biggest frustrations that I hear from singles is they think all of the good ones are gone. From my experience I will kind of agree with them. It is not really an issue of all the good ones are gone but an issue of the ones who are left are mostly undateable. So I guess in some ways this is true all of the good ones are gone. The ones who are left are in need of improvement in order to become what is viewed as one of the good ones. This issue affects singles in the worst way. It drives them between the option of loneliness or settling for someone they really do not want.

I listen to people regularly complain about loneliness and their feelings about how all the good ones are taken. I have met a couple people who I am a little shocked that they are struggling to meet someone but for the most part people I meet who are struggling are simply struggling because they have not done a good job pushing themselves toward becoming the person that a perspective partner would love to date.

Usually women who fit into this category simply struggle with their weight. Men usually struggle with their inability to carry on an interesting conversation and their poor clothing options.

If you are a person who is struggling the way out of your lonely state the solution is not to try another online service, lower your desire for what you actually want, and definitely not to give up. The solution is to improve. Make yourself Single, Available, and Attractive.

Now is a good time to start on this. Not as a new years resolution but as a goal that starts today. Resolutions are all fine and good but they are very rarely kept. This is a long term lifestyle.

If you are looking forward to a fantastic holiday season but you are overweight why not enjoy all of the savory options and decide today to be done with all the sugar. If you are a person who struggles with conversation find people to talk to this season. Learn new things that are fun to talk about and start a lifestyle of always adding more interesting conversations to your library of things to talk about. A lifestyle change does not have to be viewed as a resolution that you really donโ€™t want to take. A lifestyle change means a life change.

In this holiday season I am wishing you happiness and good health. I am reminding you that if you want your life to change then just change it. It will not be easy. I struggled for years with a diet soda addition. I finally decided I had to quit and the urge for having some soda was on the forefront of my mind for 8 month before I finally broke the habit. Change is hard but imagine this holiday season not just defining change for you but a new life completely. For Christmas this year I wish each and every person the realization that change is just a state of mind and you can change your mind at any moment.

I look forward to a new year with less lonely singles and so many more happy relationships between two partners who feel attraction and desire for each other.

Merry Christmas Everyone.
